Due diligence is the buyer’s own checking process. It can cover financial statements, tax lodgements, leases, major contracts, asset lists, employee information, intellectual property and the ownership of digital accounts.

A Business Hosting deal room is a permissioned area for documents, questions and the offer history. Access is limited to people the parties add, such as the buyer, seller, or an adviser.

Confidential documents are not given public URLs. A public listing only shows that a document exists when the seller marks it as public.

Nothing in a deal room is an assurance by Business Hosting that the information is complete or accurate.
