ABN is the Australian Business Number. ACN is the Australian Company Number. Publishing an ABN does not by itself mean Business Hosting has verified the entity.

GST may or may not apply to a sale. That is a question for the parties and their tax advisers.

Leasehold means the business occupies premises under a lease. Freehold means the real property is owned. A lease assignment is a separate legal step.
